1. Your appointment<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • Waiting time:<\/strong> We strive to help you as quickly as possible, but also like to take time for everyone. Therefore, unfortunately, a walk-out cannot always be avoided.<\/p><\/li>

  • Emergencies:<\/strong> Emergency patients are given priority over regular treatments.<\/p><\/li>

  • Unfulfilled appointments:<\/strong> If you are under the influence of narcotics, your treatment may not take place for safety reasons. You will then be charged for any missed appointment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Safety and respect<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • Phone use:<\/strong> Please put your cell phone on silent in the practice. If you do need to answer an urgent call, please do so in a way that does not disturb other patients and our staff.<\/p><\/li>

    • Behavior:<\/strong> We do not tolerate discrimination, aggression, violence or unwanted (sexual) intimidating behavior. In such cases, we reserve the right to deny you access to the practice.<\/p><\/li>

    • Smoking and narcotics:<\/strong> Smoking is prohibited at the entrance and in the practice. The use of narcotics is also not permitted.<\/p><\/li>

    • Privacy:<\/strong> Please respect the privacy of other patients and our staff. You are not allowed to take and\/or distribute photos or videos.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Property<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      • Liability:<\/strong> The practice is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of your personal property.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        These house rules for employees are in place to create a pleasant working environment together and provide the best care to our patients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        1. Professionalism and patient care<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        • Preparation:<\/strong> We prepare our workday and files well, from home when necessary, so that we can work efficiently.<\/p><\/li>

        • Hygiene and concentration:<\/strong> We work hygienically and concentrated and wear clean work clothes<\/p><\/li>

        • Attention to the patient:<\/strong> We listen carefully to the patients' wishes and look each other and the patients in the eye during a conversation.<\/p><\/li>

        • Appointments:<\/strong> We reschedule patient appointments only in consultation with the patient and never because it suits us (privately) better.<\/p><\/li>

        • Feedback:<\/strong> We see patient feedback as a valuable tool to improve our service and processes.<\/p><\/li>

        • Invoices:<\/strong> Questions about invoices are answered quickly and neatly by the health care provider who declared the codes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          2. Collegiality and communication<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          • Collaboration:<\/strong> We are collegial and help each other when necessary, even outside our immediate area of expertise.<\/p><\/li>

          • Greetings:<\/strong> We greet everyone in the practice cheerfully and nicely. We do not ignore anyone, even if it is not your own patient.<\/p><\/li>

          • Consultation:<\/strong> Case discussions and debriefings are valuable moments for deepening and broadening our knowledge.<\/p><\/li>

          • Conduct and etiquette:<\/strong><\/p>

            • We use a respectful tone.<\/p><\/li>

            • During working hours, we are not on our phones or social media.<\/p><\/li>

            • The music in the practice is not too loud and has a low BPM to ensure a relaxed atmosphere for everyone.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              3. Practical arrangements<\/strong><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              • Illness and Absence:<\/strong> In case of illness or unexpected absence, the absentee informs the patients themselves and reschedules appointments.<\/p><\/li>

              • Temperature:<\/strong> We keep the temperature in the practice constant and comfortable for patients.<\/p><\/li>

              • Healthy lifestyle: <\/strong>We have an active and healthy lifestyle, cycling and running and healthy eating are part of our DNA. Therefore, we commute as much as possible without public transport or car, but simply on the (electric) bicycle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
