Complaints?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Despite our best efforts, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the treatment in our practice. This feedback is also very valuable to us and we will always take your complaint seriously. If you have complaints about the invoice, we ask you to make it known in the Payt portal, then the complaint about the invoice will immediately reach the appropriate practitioner.<\/p>

Any other complaint can be submitted in writing to your practitioner via our contact form. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 7 days, and in most cases a constructive conversation between you and your practitioner will be enough. We welcome your feedback.<\/p>

If you feel the need for a third, neutral party, you can submit your complaint to the our complaints officer, which at our practice is never the person about whom you have the complaint. This independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your practitioner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If, despite the conversation with the practitioner and, if necessary, the mediation of the complaints officer, you are unable to come to a conclusion, you can appeal to the Dispute Resolution Authority Stichting Zorggeschil. Then your complaint will be assessed by a committee of experts including two masters of law and a complaints officer. The arbitration body will give a binding opinion as to whether your complaint is valid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
