Log in op portal.aivory.nl met je e-mailadres, u krijgt dan een email waarin u uw geboortedatum kunt verifiëren en u de afspraak kunt wijzigingen of annuleren. Dit is mogelijk tot 24 uur voor de aanvang van de afspraak.
At Team Tandartsen, we realize that something can always happen to prevent a last-minute appointment. As a practice, we take the financial risk for this if you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance.
The first time you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, we also bear the full risk of the missed appointment out of goodwill. We will also make a note of this in the card.
The next time you cancel within 48 hours before your appointment, regardless of the (often valid) cause or reason, we are unfortunately forced to pass on a portion of the scheduled turnover as a charge. This is because the costs of the room, the assistant and the dentist continue to run.
NOTE, this is not a penalty, charging a portion of the cost of your missed appointment is not a revenue model of ours. We prefer to see you at your appointment so that we can provide the care you need.
