We follow the rate decision of the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
You can find it here:
At Team Tandartsen , we prefer Team Tandartsen on your smile, not on administration. That is why we work with Payt for our invoicing and collection. This specialized company has been handling claims for thousands of healthcare providers for years, allowing us to focus entirely on your oral health.
Do you have questions about your invoice? You can find answers to frequently asked questions on the Payt website. If your question is not listed, please contact Payt via the portal or via the telephone number or contact details stated on your invoice.
At Team Tandartsen , we realize that something can always happen to prevent a last-minute appointment from going ahead. Team Tandartsen cllinic will take the financial risk for this if you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance.
The first time you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, we will also bear the full risk of the missed appointment as a gesture of goodwill. We will also make a note of this in your file.
The next time you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, regardless of the (often valid) cause or reason, we will unfortunately be forced to charge you for part of the planned revenue as costs. This is because the costs of the room, the assistant, and the dentist will continue to accrue.
Please note that this is not a penalty; charging a portion of the costs of your missed appointment is not a revenue model for us. We would prefer to see you at your appointment so that we can provide you with the care you need.
The rates for dental treatments are set annually by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa), on behalf of the government.
Have you received a quote from us and would you like to know what your health insurer will reimburse? Then use the handy Health Insurance Reimbursement Check via your health insurer.
You will receive the bill for your treatment directly from Payt. They will check whether the costs are covered by your insurance. Are you not (fully) insured for the treatment? Then you will only receive a (remaining) bill for the costs that are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
Would you like to receive your bill digitally? Please provide us with your mobile phone number and email address during your next visit. You can then create an account on the Payt portal. Here you will find a handy overview of all your bills and personal details. For more information about Payt, click here.
Avoid extra costs and hassle by paying on time. Payt applies a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date. Are you paying via online banking? Make sure you use the correct account details. You can also simply scan the QR code on the invoice with your mobile phone to go directly to your iDEAL payment page, where all the details have already been filled in for you.
What if you are unable to pay your bill on time? Payt offers the option of setting up a payment plan. To request a payment plan or for more information about the terms and conditions, please contact Payt directly via their website or the phone number listed on your invoice.
