What will you do?
You will have a versatile position with both a role as practitioner (prevention assistant), as chair assistant as well as administrative and support duties including:
Assisting at the chair (work is done in multiple treatment rooms). We have many interesting treatments such as surgery (implantology and wisdom teeth Invisalign, 3d Scanning etc)
Preparing and cleaning up treatment areas
Entering treatment and treatment plan codes into Exquise Next Gen
Performing sterilization and cleaning activities
Answering emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls
Receiving and supervising patients
Scheduling appointments, follow-up calls to patients and optimizing the calendar
Checkout, request authorizations and send digital communications
Ensuring a neat patient area, including waiting room and guest restroom
What are we looking for?
You are 45+ and have life experience that you know how to use in a positive way
You communicate easily and pleasantly, exuding calmness and reliability
You work in a structured and independent manner, but are also a real team player
You have a desire to continue to learn and develop yourself
Experience as a prevention/dental assistant is a plus but not a requirement - we are happy to teach you the trade
