At the intake we take ample time to get a complete picture of your oral health. We do this through a thorough examination, which includes paying attention to any inflammation or other acute problems.
To do this to the best of our ability, we make radiographs (on indication), color photos and always 3D digital models of your teeth. We check your teeth, gums and mucous membranes to detect abnormalities and diseases in time. We also check the color, position and wear of the teeth.
Based on all the information gathered, we prepare a (comprehensive) treatment plan up, including clear budgets. We believe in shared decision-making: you are actively involved in every choice in your treatment. We discuss the plan in detail and ask for your agreement (informed consent) before we start.

The cost of an intake ranges between 150 and 300 euros:
C001, intake consultation/ C012 comprehensive examination
C013 study models (always)
Color photos: on indication and free of charge
X10 (2x): small radiographs (on indication)
X21 : large x-ray (on indication)
C010: De medische vragenlijst C010 a 28,50 is bij ons altijd gratis.
If you bring recent digital x-rays, costs will be claimed when these photos are reviewed.
If the intake reveals that multiple types of care are indicated, a comprehensive treatment plan will be prepared and billed (C012) instead of an intake consultation (C001). This comprehensive plan and associated budgets will be sent to you by email.
