During the intake, we take ample time to get a complete picture of your oral health. We do this by conducting a thorough examination, during which we look for any inflammation or other acute problems.
To do this as effectively as possible, we take X-rays (when indicated), color photographs, and always create 3D digital models of your teeth. We check your teeth, gums, and mucous membranes to detect abnormalities and diseases in a timely manner. We also check the color, position, and wear of your teeth.
Based on all the information gathered, we draw up a comprehensive treatment plan, including clear estimates. We believe in shared decision-making: you are actively involved in every choice regarding your treatment. We discuss the plan in detail and ask for your informed consent before we start.

Als u recente digitale röntgenfoto’s meeneemt, dan worden kosten gedeclareerd bij het beoordelen van deze foto’s.
Indien bij de intake blijkt dat er meerdere soorten zorg geïndiceerd zijn, wordt in plaats van een intakeconsult (C001) een uitgebreid behandelplan opgesteld en gedeclareerd (C012). Dit uitgebreide plan en de bijbehorende begrotingen worden u per e-mail toegezonden.
